Carleen Coulter

Carleen Coulter is a Berlin-based photographer, artistic director, and freelance consultant. Her photography has been published in Granta, The Paris Review, The New York Review of Books, Bomb Magazine, and elsewhere. She was the director of KN: Raum für Kunst in Kontext, an arts project space and collective in Kreuzberg, Berlin, from 2015 to 2018, and is currently program director of the Berlin Writers’ Workshop. From 2007 to 2012, she worked in museum education in the Medieval department of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
